Discover a new kind of diving

SIDEMOUNT DIVER COURSES

This specialty course aims to be an introduction to technical diving, it involves introducing the diver to diving with more than one tank with a maximum of 2 tanks while always remaining within the limits of recreational diving.

SIDEMOUNT
The Sidemount Diver Course teaches the diver a new way of going into the water, a new configuration, repeating the exercises already learned in the Open course, adapted to the new configuration also taking advantage of the advantages that this configuration offers such as: better buoyancy resulting from a balanced configuration, greater trim, better propulsion, greater air supply with easy access to the taps.

Prerequisites : 

  • Open Water Diver
  • Diving in Confined Waters: 1
  • Open Water Dives: 3

What Will I Learn?

This course will help you develop your theoretical and practical knowledge of Sidemount diving, improve your diving skills, plan, organize and execute Sidemount dives, improve your diving skills and gain further supervised experience.

Prepare to participate in other Sidemount courses such as Wreck Diver in Sidemount and Technical programs (Tec40, Tec45, Tec50, Trimix65 and Tec Trimix Diver).

SIDEMOUNT
WRECK DIVER IN SIDEMOUNT

Once you have obtained your Sidemount Diver certification you will be able to continue your Sidemount education by attending the Sidemount Wreck Diver Specialty Course.

Prerequisites:

  • Advanced Open Water Diver
  • Open Water Sidemount Diver (if done Sidemount).
  • Open Water Dives: 4

What Will I Learn?

This course will teach you:

the planning, organisation, procedures, problems and dangers of wreck diving.

The preparation and use of lights, air supplies, specialist “Ariadne’s thread” equipment for penetration and reels.

Diving techniques necessary in conditions of poor visibility and emergency procedures

SIDEMOUNT

ADVANCED WRECK DIVER IN SIDEMOUNT

Prerequisites:

  • Tec 45 or TDI Decompression Procedures Diver, Wreck Diver or Cavern Diver.
  • Minimum age 18 years
  • Open water dives: 6

What will I learn?

This course will teach you: The objective of the Advanced Wreck Diver course is to train divers in the correct techniques, use of necessary equipment and the dangers of technical wreck diving.
