TRIMIX DIVER
A COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING

This course offers comprehensive training for divers who wish to use gas mixtures containing helium, EAN (Enriched Air Nitrox), or pure oxygen, with the goal of conducting safe dives up to a maximum depth of 60 meters. The primary focus of the course is on the use of Trimix mixtures, a combination of oxygen, nitrogen, and helium, which is particularly useful for reducing the narcotic effects of nitrogen during deep dives. Students will acquire all the necessary skills to plan and conduct dives with Trimix, learning to manage both depth and the associated decompression times safely.

Throughout the course, divers will be trained to effectively use specific equipment for these types of dives, such as multiple cylinders and advanced dive computers designed to handle different gas mixtures. The theoretical lessons will cover essential topics such as the physiology of breathing with Trimix, dive planning and decompression stops, as well as emergency management during deep dives.

Upon completion of the course, divers who obtain certification will be authorized to perform dives using Trimix mixtures without the need for supervision, provided that the training conditions are respected. This means they will be able to dive independently while maintaining an oxygen percentage in the mixture no lower than 18%, as established by the course guidelines to ensure safety.

This course represents an important advancement in the training of technical divers, providing the foundation to tackle deeper and more complex dives while minimizing the risks associated with the use of compressed gases. It is an essential certification for those wishing to explore underwater environments at greater depths.
